* Emergency Contact Names and Phone Numbers: The application requires that you provide us with the names and phone numbers of two people we can contactif we cannotreach a parent during the camp day. One of these two people should live or work within 45 minutes of camp.

The bus ride to and from camp is a fun and exciting part of the day; however we know that some first time campers (and parents) may have some concerns about riding the bus. If you or your camper falls into this category, you are not alone and we would love the opportunity to talk to you about our bus program and help you reach the best decision for your family. Determine which session and day combination will be your first choice for enrollment (session dates are listed above. Day combinations are listed below.) Also consider what alternate day combination you may be willing to consider if your first choice is full at the time that we process your application. The application will require that you provide an alternate; however, we never enroll campers in their alternate days unless we speak to their parents first to inform them that their first choice is not available. Additionally, campers enrolled for alternate days can always be placed on a waiting list for their first choice day combination while being enrolled in the alternate combination. Being enrolled in an alternate combination will in no way affect your place on the waiting list.

We take our responsibility for your children very seriously. During the application process you'll be asked to acknowledge that you have read and agree to our camp policies. The DVD brochure envelope that is mailed to new inquiry families includes a copy of the policies. As you complete the on line application, you may choose to read them on line and can print a hard copy after submitting your application. Please take the time to read our policies before submitting an application, they are full of important information we want you to know!

Yes, 3%. In order to submit your application you will be asked to provide your credit card information for your deposit (please have your Visa or MC card available). However you will have the option to send a check to take advantage of the savings.

• Due to limitations of the on line application, the rates that you will see displayed while you complete the on line application are the full credit card rates and the summary that you will see at the end of the process will display those rates. To take advantage of the 3% cash/check discount rates, you will simply send a check to replace the credit card information.
  
  
• Please note that we do not process your credit card or check payments until such time as your camper is confirmed into a space in camp.

Our Camp Kinneret Refund Policy
All new camp families may receive a full refund for any reason until May 1st. With limited space available, we recognize that most new families apply to Camp Kinneret without ever having visited us. We hope that all new families will come to one of our Open Houses in March or April. We have intentionally selected May 1st as the refund deadline to provide you with the assurance that you can visit before the deadline.

Discounts And Credits And The Online Application
Due to limitations of the on line application, you will not see sibling or 3% check payment discounts or credits on line. However, all applicable credits and discounts will be applied to your family account when your application is processed in the camp office. An Enrollment Confirmation statement reflecting applicable credits will be forwarded to you at the time we confirm your child's enrollment.

• Additional Child Discounts: A 2nd child enrolling from the same family receives a discount of approximately 5%. A 3rd child receives a discount of approximately 10%.
  
  
• The Cash/Check discounted rate will be applied by our office staff once we receive your deposit check.
